Click on the + icon from the menu bar on the left to view the Private Libraries area. From here you can create or edit your private libraries of assets to share or download. To create a new library, enter the library name, and click on the Create Library button. The library will appear under “Saved Libraries” below. To make it the default library, click on the star symbol to the left of the library name. To the right of the library name you will see the mini-menu symbol.
To add a document to a library, move the mouse over a thumbnail, and click on the + icon, see figure below. You can also do this in the preview window.
From the library menu (see above) you can click on “Open panel” to view the library in a panel at the bottom of the screen. When this is open, you can drag documents from the search results above into the panel to add them to the library.
You can also click on the + icon for any document, and add it to the library of your choice.
Use the library menu to select the Library Manager. In the library manager, you can select one or more documents by clicking in the white circle at the bottom left of each document. After doing this, the following options will appear on the left:
• Copy to library
• Move to library
• Delete selected
Clicking on the copy or move options will display a list of libraries so that one can be selected. If you click on “Delete selected” you will be asked to confirm or cancel.
You can rename, delete or clone a library by clicking on the cogwheel icon at the top of the library area.
